Your Next Level Requires a Brand New Identity
Stop thinking about it. Stop saying you'll do it later. Stop waiting for the right time. Your next level is waiting — and it starts with three things.
There comes a point where you have to stop thinking about it.
Stop saying "I'll do it." Stop saying "I'll think about it." Stop waiting for the right time, the right feeling, the right moment that's always just around the corner.
Your next level is real. The vision is real. And the only thing standing between where you are and where you're trying to go is not more information, not more strategy, not more time.
It's a brand new identity.
I've helped hundreds of people elevate who they are — and as a result, sell more, build more, become more. And every single time, it started with the same three things.
This is also the subject of the latest episode of the New Wealth Movement podcast — go listen if you want the full energy. But here's the substance, written out.

01
Decide
Make the full commitment. No backup plan. No "I'll see how it goes."

02
Dissolve the Blocks
Name what's keeping you stuck and switch the narrative behind it.

03
Higher Self
Step into the version of you who already has what you're building toward.

One: Decide
Today could be the day. It can be that simple.
Today could be the day.
Not a Monday. Not the first of the month. Not when the conditions align or the fear settles or the timing finally feels right.
Today. Right now. The decision that what you want — what you want to create, what you want to build, the life you've been thinking about — there's no question. You're doing it. You're committing.
Stop living between your old life and the one you're trying to create. Every day you keep one foot in both is a day both suffer. The decision isn't just a mindset move — it's the most practical thing you can do for your business. Because a half-committed person produces half-committed results.
I've seen it over and over. The people who change — who actually shift their income, their business, their entire trajectory — almost always point to a single moment. Not a strategy. Not a tactic. A decision. The kind where they stopped treating their business like a test and started treating it like the thing.
That decision is available to you right now.
"Stop living between your old life and the one you're trying to create. Decide."
And when you make it — when you genuinely make it, not as a hope but as a commitment — your identity shifts. Your decisions shift. Your actions shift. And then your results shift. In that order, every time. As I break down in detail in Decide. Stack the Evidence. Take Action. — the decision is always the first move.
Two: Dissolve the Blocks
Name it. Then switch the narrative.
Here's the thing about blocks. They don't announce themselves clearly. They hide inside what looks like logic.
"I can't charge more — the market won't support it." That's a money block wearing the costume of market research.
"I need to learn more before I put myself out there." That's a worthiness block dressed up as preparation.
"I don't want to seem pushy." That's a selling block hiding behind sensitivity.
The block is never the story it tells you it is. It's always underneath — a belief about your worth, your readiness, your right to take up space and ask for what your work is actually worth.
So the first move is to name it. Not the surface version — the real one.
Not "I struggle with money." That's too vague to work with. Try: "I believe that charging more than X makes me greedy." Or: "I believe people who want to pay me less are right about what I'm worth." Or: "I believe selling makes me the kind of person I've always disliked."
That's specific enough to work with.
Once you've named it — ask the real question: Is this actually true? Or is it a story I inherited and never examined?
Almost always, it's the latter. And once you see that clearly, you can switch the narrative. Not with affirmations — with identity-aligned decisions that prove the old story wrong, one rep at a time.
The three most common blocks I see — money, worthiness, and selling — are all covered in depth in different parts of this blog series. The selling block specifically deserves its own read — because for good people, it's almost always the loudest one.
Do This Right Now
Open your notes. Finish each sentence below. Be specific — not general:
- "My block around money is really about..."
- "My block around worthiness shows up when..."
- "My block around selling sounds like..."
- "The story I need to switch is..."
Read what you wrote. That's where the real work begins.

Three: Step Into Your Higher Self
This is where it gets fun.
This is the part I love most. Because this is where everything starts to feel possible instead of just theoretical.
Your higher self is not a fantasy version of you. They're not perfect or fearless or immune to discomfort. They're simply the version of you who has already made the decision — who already operates from the standards, the confidence, and the conviction that your current self is still building toward.
This isn't about pretending to be someone you're not. It's about becoming the person your vision requires. And it starts with knowing specifically who that person is.
So ask yourself — and be specific:
What does your higher self do?
How do they spend their time? What are they building? What do they produce daily — not on a good day, but on an ordinary one?
How do they show up?
In a sales conversation. On a difficult call. When results are slow. When someone challenges their price. What's different about how they carry themselves?
Who do they hang around?
What kind of people are in their orbit? What conversations are they having? Who are they learning from?
What do they say no to?
This one changes everything. The clients they don't take. The distractions they don't entertain. The self-doubt they don't negotiate with. What are they no longer available for?
Write those answers down. In detail. Because that description — that specific, grounded picture of who your higher self is — that's the identity you're building toward. And the way you build toward it is by starting to act from it now, before you feel like you've earned it.
That's not fake. That's how every identity shift works. You act from the new identity, build evidence that it's real, and eventually the gap between who you're pretending to be and who you actually are closes completely.
Start with those three things — decide, dissolve the block, step into the higher self — and watch what happens. These are the starting points of a framework I take every single one of my clients through. And it works because it addresses the actual root, not the surface symptoms.
"Sometimes it feels like nothing is happening. Then suddenly, everything starts happening. Stay the course. Lock in."
Lock In
Sometimes it feels like nothing is happening. You're doing the work. You're making the decisions. You're showing up.
And then suddenly, everything starts happening.
The people who break through are the ones who stayed the course through the quiet period. Not because they felt ready. Not because they were certain it would work. Because they had made the decision — and they kept acting from it.
That's all this is. Decide. Dissolve the block. Step into the higher self. Keep going.
You don't have to do this alone. I love mentoring people. I love leading people. If you want someone who has your back — who's all in on helping you become the next level version of yourself and actually grow your business — I'm here.
Become more. Create more. Sell more.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does it mean to step into a new identity for business growth?
Stepping into a new identity means making a deliberate decision to operate as the version of you who already has what you're working toward — before the results show up. It means changing how you think, who you spend time with, what you say yes and no to, and how you show up in your business daily.
What are common blocks that stop entrepreneurs from growing?
The most common blocks are around money (feeling like you don't deserve to charge more or earn more), worthiness (believing you're not qualified or ready enough), and selling (believing that asking for the sale is imposing rather than serving). Each of these is a story, not a fact — and every story can be changed.
How do you dissolve a mental block as an entrepreneur?
You dissolve a block by first naming it specifically — not "I struggle with money" but "I believe charging more than X makes me greedy" — and then deliberately replacing that specific belief with evidence and a new story. The block doesn't dissolve through willpower. It dissolves through consistent identity-aligned decisions that prove the old story wrong.
What is a higher self in the context of entrepreneurship?
Your higher self in business is the version of you who already has what you're building toward. They operate from a different set of standards, make different decisions, spend time with different people, and say no to different things. Stepping into that identity doesn't mean pretending — it means becoming. And it starts with deciding who that person is and acting from that decision now.
Why does locking in sometimes feel like nothing is happening?
Growth is rarely linear. There's often a compounding period where you're doing the work, making the decisions, showing up consistently — and nothing dramatic seems to change. Then suddenly, everything starts happening at once. The people who break through are the ones who stayed the course through the quiet period.
How do you start becoming the next level version of yourself today?
Start with three things: make the full decision to commit without a backup plan, identify and name your specific block, and define concretely who your higher self is — what they do, who they spend time with, and what they say no to. Then take one action today from that higher identity. That's how the shift begins.
